We set out with the intention of selling our house at auction due to that seemingly being the smoothest/fastest process. Courtney suggested that we should sell by negotiation. I have known Courtney for close to four years now, not long after taking residence in my house in Huapai. Right from the start Courtney sold herself to us. She was assertive but in a polite way. Courtney didn’t give up on trying to win our business and kept her foot on the gas, never flinching.
